Terms & Conditions
- All dogs must be vaccinated for Parvo virus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Leptospirosis. An up to date certificate must be produced upon arrival with the batch numbers and veterinary surgeons signature visible.
- Kennel cough vaccination is also strongly recommended. This must be done a minimum of 2 weeks prior to admission due to it being a live vaccine, meaning that within that time, your dog could be contagious, and be a risk to other boarders. Booking will be refused if this precautionary request is ignored. If you choose not to protect your dog, any insurance may be void if contracted during their stay.
- All prices are charged by the day/part day and are inclusive of food, exercise, heating and insurance. No discounts are given if an owner brings their own dog food. We will administer medicines at no extra cost.
- Prices remain the same for all sizes of dogs as all breeds receive the same level of care.
- If your dog needs veterinary care or treatment during their stay, we will endeavour to take them to your own usual veterinary practice, however, if this is not possible, or in an emergency, we will take your dog to the nearest veterinary practice.
- The owner of the dog is responsible for all veterinary treatment fees. However, our insurance will cover injury or illness that occurs directly from the stay with us. We will ask you to pay for any veterinary fees if it is determined that the illness relates to a previous known condition. All claims must be informed to us within 72 hours.
- Opening times for delivery and collection of pets are strictly 8.30-10.00am and 4.30-6.00pm to minimise disturbance to the dogs. Admissions outside these times may be accepted by prior arrangement but will incur a surcharge of £6.00.
- Surcharges of £3 per dog will be added to all public holidays.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dog showing aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff.
- Payment Terms - Cash or bank transfer on collection or a cheque cleared in advance of your dog’s admission. We reserve the right to revise our prices when necessary.
- Cancellation of bookings less than 10 days before dog is due to arrive will result in half of the boarding fee for the full stay being charged for. Refunds will not be given for early collection due to turning away kennel space.
- GDPR – Personal Data and Privacy Data. Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Animal Boarding Establishment Act 1963, it is required that we hold certain personal data on our customers in order to care for their pets and liaise with veterinary practices. - A non refundable deposit of 25% of the stay is required to confirm the booking.
